My name is Micah Klotz, and my goal is to compete at the highest level possible while earning my college degree. I played four years of Varsity baseball at Chatsworth Charter High School as a first baseman, outfielder, and occasional pitcher. Serving as a team captain, I learned how to lead by example, motivate my teammates, and communicate effectively both on and off the field. These experiences have taught me that success is earned through hard work, dedication, and accountability.
I take pride in being a versatile and reliable player who can contribute wherever the team needs me—whether it’s in the field or at the plate. My understanding of the game runs deep, and I’ve further sharpened my knowledge by working as an umpire in my spare time, which gives me a unique perspective and advantage as a player.
I’m highly coachable, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement. I value learning from coaches and teammates alike and strive to bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to everything I do. I’m excited for the opportunity to grow as both a student and an athlete at the collegiate level.
