Chad Novick brings over 15 years of experience as a college-level pitching coach, helping develop countless players who have advanced to the Division I, II, III, NAIA, and professional ranks. He takes great pride in instilling hard work, dedication, and mental toughness in every athlete he coaches.
His passion for the game began in childhood and has never faded. Through years of studying pitching and learning from some of the game’s most respected coaches, Chad has built a deep foundation of knowledge, experience, and commitment that sets him apart.
Chad leads by example, making it clear to every player that they matter. While baseball may be just a game to some, he understands it can be a lifeline for others. As an instructor, he is committed to pushing players and teams forward—creating positive impact not only on the field, but within their teams and communities.
