Justin Isaiah Olivar

My name is Justin Olivar, I aspire to use baseball as an avenue to help me toward getting into a prestige college. Where I can further study toward getting bachelor/masters for Engineering. I work extremely hard and do my best to complete tasks efficiently. Academically, I have exceeded expectations keeping my GPA at a strong 3.5 and above. Getting recognition by school presenting me with honor roll and principle’s list certificates. Daily working on improving the following skill sets. Communication, Team work, Leadership and Motivation, in class and on the field. Which I have all learned from baseball. For example, this year I helped the incoming frosh teammates with tools and shared my experiences for dealing with the pressure and expectations when playing for Varsity as a freshman. As you know, baseball is also mental and I make an effort to not dwell on struggles and just continue to grind. While also, adjusting and figuring out what I need to work on. Picking coaches brains and listening to their advice. For fun and distraction I workout at my home gym, go out with friends to theme parks or to the mall. I am excited for the future venture that awaits for me after high school in baseball. I will continue to push and excel in all I do!
