Eric Horvat – Coordinator of Player Development / Recruiting
Eric Horvat is a dedicated family man, entrepreneur, former Division I collegiate athlete, and trusted mentor to high school athletes navigating the college recruitment process. He is married to Stacey Horvat and is the proud father of two children, Blake (11) and Brodie (6), who are both actively involved in baseball and softball.
Eric’s athletic journey began at Hart High School in Valencia, California, where he graduated in 1997. He went on to attend California State University, Northridge, where he played under College World Series Champion Coach Mike Batesole—an experience that helped shape his passion for the game and player development.
In 2012, Eric and his wife co-founded Horvat Recruiting Videos, a company focused on producing high-quality recruiting videos for aspiring baseball and softball players. To date, they have created more than 1,700 recruiting videos, helping thousands of athletes gain exposure and secure collegiate opportunities.
In addition to his work in recruiting, Eric is a three-time author of youth inspirational books, reinforcing his commitment to developing young athletes both on and off the field. His writing provides motivation and practical guidance for players striving to succeed in competitive sports and in life.
Since 2012, Eric has worked closely with players and their families, offering personalized guidance through the often complex college recruiting process. His firsthand experience as a collegiate athlete, combined with his extensive work in recruiting, makes him a valuable and trusted resource.
As Coordinator of Player Development and Recruiting, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication—empowering athletes and families to confidently pursue their goals at the next level.
