My name is Alejandro Castillo, I am an incoming Junior in the class of 2026 at Chaminade College Preparatory High School. I am involved in many extracurricular activities including student council, Link Leader (mentor and guide to incoming freshman), CIT summer camp counselor, Diversity Team (helping students on campus to feel more included, also working with foreign exchange students). I am on the school football team along with the school baseball team. I am a very hard working player who has loved a challenge ever since I can remember. One time in particular was in 8th grade, I was put into common core math and English and thought it was much too easy, so I asked my teachers and Counselor to move me up and they did. I also remember countless times when I asked to play at a higher level either in baseball or football in order to improve my skill set. I try my hardest in every activity, drill, practice, and game no matter the conditions and I am very self motivated. I have many future goals set for myself that I strive day by day to achieve in both the classroom and on the field whether that be to have straight A’s next year or to improve my skills for the coming years you can always catch me working to improve myself in any was possible
